Game results that have been completed will be considered valid even in the event of server outages, network issues, or technical errors. However, if a game was left incomplete or a clear technical fault is proven, bj11 may void that specific game and refund the bet.
For Sports Betting, all odds are live and subject to change based on match conditions. bj11 reserves the right to void bets in the event of incorrect odds being displayed. Payments may be withheld in cases of match fixing or suspicious results.

Bj11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other legitimate reason. Whether any remaining balance is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
